Summers are generally very hot and dry.
Perth is located at western coastal line hence very famous for holidays especially for east Asian countries. It takes hardly 2 hours by flight from Singapore to Perth.It takes around 5 hours for air travel from Perth(West Coast) to Brisbane(East Coast).

Adelaide is a capital of South Australia.Its a very small city compare to other Australian cities. It is often referred as “City of Churches”. Darwin is a capital city of Northern Territory state and situated at northern coastal line of Australia.It is the most populous city in Northern Territory and smallest city in Australia. This state has plenty of forests and mining resources.So many mining plants operates from there. Darwin is closer to Asian countries like Indonesia and this Harbor city is famous for docs and shipping business.The specialty of Darwin is it has 6 traditional seasons throughout the year which attracts plenty of tourists from across the world.Notable places to visit is a animal life in NT, Charles Darwin national park, Kakadu National Park etc. Northern Territory has larger population of Australian Aboriginal community.
4>Great Barrier Reef (Queensland)
Great Barrier Reef is the largest living island in state of Queensland in Australia at northern coastal line. With colorful blue clean sea water, Coral reefs as shown above, Water sports adventures like Snorkeling,and amazing marine life attracts many tourists across the world. Gold Coast is the most favorite holiday destination of Australians situated at the eastern coast of Australian in the state of Queensland.It is famous for its clean and long beaches like Surfers Paradise, Natural forests and habitat, Animal wildlife(Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary), Theme parks like Dreamworld (Thrill rides, Family fun, Live Shows (3D Shows) & Entertainment), Seaworld (Marine life & Thrilling rides) & Movie World (Warner Brothers Movie Related Theme Park) and Wet N Wild (Water Thrilling rides) etc. Surfing on the water with Surfing board is the famous sport and leisure activity in Gold Coast.Gold Coast is also famous for night life with many clubs and Casinos. It wouldn’t be wrong if we call it as a Las Vegas of East. Many Australian prefers to spend their retired life in Gold Coast due to its weather and away from pollution and heavily dense Population like Sydney,Melbourne. Gold Coast has business industry but its very small compare to other Australian cities.It is basically dependent on Tourism and Farming. Many people prefer to live in Gold Coast and travel to Brisbane city for work. Brisbane is hardly 1 hour drive from Gold Coast.
6>Brisbane (Queensland)
Brisbane is a capital city of state of Queensland. It is situated at the east coastal line of Australia and it is hardly one hour drive from favorite tourist destination Gold Coast. Brisbane is just another livable city in Australia and enjoys good climate and low population but most populous in Queensland. Various industries already exist in Brisbane and many are booming slowly. 7>Sydney (New South Wales)
Sydney is a capital city of state of New South Wales and financial capital of Australia. It is the most populous and largest city in Australia. Sydney is the second official sit for Australian Government i.e. Prime Minister, Governor General and Cabinet of Australia. Sydney surrounds the world’s natural largest harbor. Sydney enjoys the status of one of the most important cities in world and has multicultural society having people living of all cultures and ethnicities. 7>Melbourne (Victoria)
Melbourne is the second most important city in Australia and a capital of Australian state Victoria. It was once a capital of Australia before it moved to Canberra. It is also coastal city like most of the other cities in Australia and second populous city in Australia but most populous city in Victoria. Likewise Sydney Melbourne also enjoys multicultural society, high lifestyle and has branches of all major industry conglomerate. Melbourne has a two extreme climate conditions. Sometimes it’s very clod and sometimes it reaches temperature of more than 40 degrees. In terms of Job opportunities, likewise Sydney Melbourne provides multiple opportunities but still lesser compare to Sydney. There has always been a competition between Sydney and Melbourne across Australia to decide which city is better but honestly both cities are equivalent. Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is a famous cricket ground situated in Melbourne CBD. There are multiple tourist attractions in Melbourne and its outskirts. 9>Canberra (Australian Capital)
Canberra is a capital city of Australia which is also a capital of an ACT (Australian Capital Territory). This is a planned city and was found in 1908 as a compromise as there was a competition between Sydney and Melbourne to be chosen as Australian Capital. This is a land locked city and as an exception to other Australian cities doesn’t have any coastal line. Although Canberra is a capital of Australia, unlike capital cities of other countries it’s not the largest city in terms of industries, area etc. Canberra enjoys typical Australian climate as other cities i.e. more similar to climate in Victoria. From tourism perspective there are not too many attractions except parliament house and other government structures.
