Australian States & Territories offers Permanent or Provisional Resident Visas to the intending migrants to Australia. Every year in July they release their individual Skills Occupation lists based on the shortage of skills in that particular states. The major conditions while they approve the visas are to live & work in that particular state for some duration.

Two types of visas offered by Australian states & Territories are:

1>Skilled Visa Subclass 190 – Permanent Migration
2>Regional Skilled Subclass 491 – Provisional Migration leading to Permanent residency.
